What are your safety and sanitation processes?

Streetcar compartments are scheduled with staggered reservation slots to ensure groups arrive and exit at different times. We have also built in 30 minutes of cleaning and sanitation between each reservation slot. Each space has a door, which opens for fresh air ventilation during, and between each reservation.

What does a pre-booked Streetcar reservation include?

The $50 Streetcar fee secures a private reservation during peak night and weekend times! Every outdoor winter experience includes a private, heated dining compartment for 6-8 guests for 90 minutes, plus a complimentary beverage package of your choice!

When should we arrive for our Streetcar reservation?

We ask that your party arrive no more than 5 minutes early to check-in prior to your reserved 90-minute reservation time. If your party shows up late for your reservation, we, unfortunately, cannot extend the length of your rental.

Are there age requirements to dine in the Streetcar?

Guests of all ages are allowed in the Streetcar, but we do require that at least one guest is 21+. Our restaurant policy is that only guests of, or over, the age of 21 are able to consume alcoholic beverages.

Are dogs allowed to dine in the Streetcar or heated courtyard?

Pups are allowed in the Streetcar, but unfortunately not the heated courtyard.

Is smoking allowed in the Streetcar or courtyard?

Smoking is not prohibited in the Streetcar or the heated courtyard.

How should we dress?

While both the Streetcar and the courtyard tent are heated, you will be sitting outside-ish, in winter, in Wisconsin. Each space includes a heater that will take the edge off of the chill, but please come dressed for a winter activity! It may take a bit of time after the door of the Streetcar is opened to reheat.

What happens in the case of inclement weather?

In the case of extreme cold, blizzards, or dangerous icy conditions, we may need to close these dining areas and cancel reservations to ensure safety and your comfort level. In these cases, you will be notified via email or phone about an option to reschedule your booking or receive a complete refund. We will make every attempt to make the cancellations well in advance of your reserved time, but reserve the right to make fully-refunded cancellations in the case of emergent weather conditions at any time.

What happens if we damage the Streetcar?

Streetcar compartments are inspected and cleaned after each party and a damage fee of up to $200 may be added for any broken/damaged/stolen property.

Can I bring outside food or drink?

No outside food or beverage is allowed in the Streetcar. Anyone caught sneaking anything in makes your group subject to being asked to leave before your reservation ends.

Can I order off the regular Centraal menu?

Yes—in the streetcar, you will have a server that will assist in taking orders from our restaurant food and beverage menu. The heated courtyard is regular dining service.

Can I edit my food or drink selections after making a Streetcar reservation?

Yes, you may add or delete any pre-ordered selections at any time before 24 hours of your reservation by reaching out to centraalstreetcar@lowlandsgroup.com.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation for any reason, guests will need to reach out to centraalstreetcar@lowlandsgroup.com. Cancellations, refunds and reschedules will not be accommodated within 24-hours of your booking date. Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

Can we split the cost on multiple cards or use a Lowlands Gift Card?

The online payment you make for your base package must be paid with a single credit card at the time of booking your dome. Any additional beverage packages you select online while booking—or anything ordered during your reservation—can be split or paid for with a Lowlands Gift Card when settling your final tab for those items before leaving.
